F&B Virtuoso Awards

F&B Virtuoso Awards — presented by FFCC and Mingora

You can't enter. You can't lobby. You can't buy a table and hope. These awards are decided by the market — real store growth, real footfall, real customers coming back.

Announced at the FFCC Annual Convention, Riyadh — 07 September 2026.

No entry required

Awards you can't apply for.

Most industry awards reward whoever filled in the form best. These don't.

The F&B Virtuoso Awards are built on Mingora's consumer and market data — outlet growth, consumer footfall, satisfaction scores and repurchase intent, measured across the Saudi market. No entries. No submissions. No shortlist you can nudge your way onto.

If your brand is winning with customers, the data already knows.

No application required. There is no entry form and no nomination process. Winners are identified directly from Mingora's market and consumer data.

Category One

Brand of the Year

All-round excellence — the brands growing fast and keeping customers loyal. Separate winners are selected for local and international chains, so the benchmarking stays fair.

Evaluation is based on four weighted pillars (25 points each, 100 total):

Store Growth

Increase in number of outlets (2026 vs. 2025)

Visits Growth

Increase in consumer footfall (2026 vs. 2025)

Brand Satisfaction

Customer ratings across value, service, and experience

Repurchase Intent

Likelihood of customers returning within the next 4 weeks

This award identifies brands that are not only expanding rapidly but are also retaining customer love and loyalty in a competitive landscape.

Category Two

Brand Satisfaction Awards

The brands customers rate highest in their own segment. Based on category-level benchmarks from Mingora's Food Panel.

  • 1 Fast Food Brand
  • 1 Café Brand
  • 1 Casual Dining Brand

Each brand is scored out of 100 based on consumer feedback across four experience pillars:

Service

Cleanliness, hospitality, order accuracy, and delivery experience

Price

Perceived fairness, affordability, and value for money

Food

Taste, quality, temperature, safety, and variety

Experience

Ambience, convenience, and overall satisfaction

This award highlights brands that are engaging customers across every touchpoint — from value to food quality to emotional connection.
